On February 16, 2007, the National Board of Physicians and Dentists
established the Center for Bioethics in the Polish Chamber of Physicians and
Dentists. Dr. Marek Czarkowski (CEE Advanced Certificate Fogarty Fellow,
2006) was elected chair.
The Center was established through the efforts of CEE Advanced Certificate
Fogarty Fellows Marek Czarkowski, Ktarzyna Landa, and Joanna Rozynska in a
Practicum project supervised by Prof. Zbig Swawarski, University of Warsaw.
